Hi… I am 23 years old. I was kicked out of my parent’s house a little over a year ago and since then I’ve been living with a friend at a property that his mother owns. I’ve recently found out that a family member of theirs recently lost their job and their family’s lease ends in March. I’ve been paying her $100 dollars a paycheck because I only make about 500 IF that a paycheck. I only make about 8.44 a paycheck and I’ve got no friends or family that can help me out with a place to stay or financially and things are starting to get desperate for me. It seems as if I’m going to be homeless if something doesn’t happen for me quickly. I will be forced out of this place so that this family can move in. I really don’t know what to do and it seems that everywhere I look I cannot afford rent anywhere… I’m paying $125 dollars a month for a car payment, $164 dollars a month for car insurance, 50 for a phone and the $200 a month for the actual rent which usually has to be spread out between both paychecks during a month. Plus the money I’ve spent on gas and food. Please offer me some insight because this is my first time out on my own and I’m completely alone… Noone has shown me any sympathy and I’m scared to death.

I know exactly how you feel only I AM homeless right now with my 2 grown kids because Im handicapped and have to have 24 hour care and I also have my 13 year old dog with me and no shelter will take animals so we have been staying in walmart parking lot in my van in the freezing cold and no one will help.I hope you get the help you need and will be praying for you,do the same for me please.God bless.
